SHIPPING 

Local shipping rates are based on the weight and quantities of the items ordered. we worked hard to get you the lowest shipping rates through usps. International shipping varies depending on country and taxable duties, you may receive an email with additional shipping charges once the cost and items are calculated.

Standard shipping-orders are processed within 1-2 business days and takes another 1-2 days for shipping. Items ordered after 12pm Friday-Sunday midnight or before Mondays are processed on the following Monday.

RETURNS

We will be happy to accept your returns within 4 business days of receiving goods, however we do NOT issue refunds. We allow size exchanges or swapping for another style. Your RA number will become your credit number and can be used for up to 3 months from date of issuance. It is placed in the discount code slot during checkout. An RA number is required in order to process and ship back your items. RA numbers are received via emailing us at frontrowcouture@gmail.com. 

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If item being exchanged for is higher priced then a CC will be required to finalize the exchange. If item being exchanged for is less then the balance will be left on the credit to be used later.

All items returned must be in its original form in shape, be free of stains or smells and have original tags and bags attached.

Final sale items are non-refundable. All sales are considered FINAL.

Clearance items are always final sale and non-refundable.

SIZING

Front row items run true to size unless otherwise noted in the description of item. We base our sizing on the full figured women. If you wear an in between size, we suggest sizing up.

When items run with letters, please use the following size scale:

XS-0/2 Bust 33 , Waist 27-28

S-4/6 Bust 35 , Waist 29-30

M-8/10 Bust 37 , Waist 31-32

L-12/14 Bust 39.5 , Waist 33.5-35

XL-16 Bust 42.5 , Waist 36.5

 

All dresses are 43" from high point shoulder which fully covers the knee on a 5'8 women. Skirts are 25" from waist. Most of Front row garments do come with an extra hem for your convenience.
