Refund policy

We will be happy to accept your returns within 4 business days of receiving goods, however we do NOT issue refunds. We allow size exchanges or swapping for another style. Your RA number will become your credit number and can be used for up to 3 months from date of issuance. It is placed in the discount code slot during checkout. An RA number is required in order to process and ship back your items. RA numbers are received via emailing us at frontrowcouture@gmail.com. 

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If item being exchanged for is higher priced then a CC will be required to finalize the exchange. If item being exchanged for is less then the balance will be left on the credit to be used later.

All items returned must be in its original form in shape, be free of stains or smells and have original tags and bags attached.

Final sale items are non-refundable. All sales are considered FINAL.

Clearance items are always final sale and non-refundable.
